Institutions of higher learning that promote or turn a blind eye to the “disturbing trend” of  “neo-segregationist” living arrangements – often marketed as voluntary and open to all – will face “maximum accountability” from the Trump administration, the housing agency vowed in a “Dear Colleague” provided to The Post.
